Shipping

Free Standard Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders over $49 within Canada (before tax and after discounts).

  • Orders under $49 ship at our standard flat rate, calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days, depending on stock availability and print-on-demand production times.

  • Transit times vary by destination, but standard delivery is typically 1–9 business days within Canada.

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations outside North America.

Exceptions

  • Gift cards, digital downloads, and some oversized or specialty items are not eligible for free shipping.

  • Remote addresses may be subject to additional shipping surcharges.

 


 

Returns

General Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products—many of which are print-on-demand or personalized—returns are only accepted under limited circumstances.

  • Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition (books free from wear, markings, or damage).

  • Return authorization is required before sending anything back. To request one, email us at hello@storyseedpress.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products (including signed editions and bundles with personalization)

  • Digital downloads and eBooks

  • Sale, clearance, or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund your order and cover return shipping costs if applicable.

Return Shipping

  • If your item is damaged or we made an error → we’ll cover return shipping.

  • If you’re returning for personal reasons (changed your mind, etc.) → the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

 


 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order once your return is processed.
